Vibration Frequency: Typically ranges from tens of Hertz to hundreds of Hertz. Different materials and sorting requirements necessitate different vibration frequencies. For example, a lower vibration frequency may be more suitable for fine-grained materials to prevent excessive bouncing, while a higher vibration frequency can increase the conveying speed for larger particles.

Vibration Amplitude: This refers to the maximum displacement of the vibrating trough or chute during the vibration process, generally ranging from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters. Larger vibration amplitudes can increase material flowability, but may lead to material damage or reduced sorting accuracy; smaller vibration amplitudes require higher vibration frequencies to achieve the same conveying effect.
